This is a known issue and a solution note has been released by EMC for this.
To fix this problem we have to create new JMS agent and disable/delete the old JMS agent.
The following are the errors reported if JMS is corrupted.
[DM_METHOD_E_NO_JMS_AVAILABLE2]error: "No Java Method Server available to serve the request."
[DM_WORKFLOW_E_PROCESS_AUTO_TASK]error: "Workflow Agent failed to process task xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx of workflow xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
